Our Edinburgh Self Catering Apartment is located at Ratcliffe Terrace, one mile from the High Street (Royal Mile) and within reasonable walking distance of many of Edinburgh’s historic and other tourist attractions.

The Apartment is located within a complex of an architectural design which is sympathetic to the traditional Victorian properties of the Grange and Mayfield areas in which it is situated.

Accommodation in our Edinburgh Self Catering Apartment

Accommodating up to four adults, the apartment is designed to offer the highest standard of comfort with an ambience to suit all tastes.

Beachwood floored hall and lounge give a modern contemporary look whilst both the double and twin bedrooms have a traditional country house look with their ‘toile de jouey’ soft furnishings.

Situated on the first floor level the apartment is easily accessible for people with mobility difficulties via a lift.

The apartment has covered secure parking accessed via electronically operated gates.

The Town House Apartment is sited between two main arterial routes giving access to the city via a wide choice of bus services.Cinemas, Theatres, Leisure facilities and a major Shopping Centre are only minutes away.

A list of local Restaurants, all of which, we have sampled, will form part of the extensive information pack that is provided for the use of all guests.

Directions – Whether approaching from the North, South or West, the easiest way to give directions to anybody arriving in the City for the first time, is by way of the city by-pass, which creates the land ward boundary.

The by-pass is numbered the A720 and gives connections to all of the city’s arterial routes.
The most convenient to reach The Town House Apartment, is the A701. Leaving the by-pass by this route, you should follow the signs for the City Centre. Discounting any traffic lights at the slip road from the by-pass you should travel through two sets off traffic lights (at road junctions) before bearing left at the third set (at the bottom of steep hill). This is still the A701!

Continue on this road through one set of traffic lights and, at the second set, you will see the modern block in which the apartment is located. On your right there will be a church with a large spire and clock.
It would be best to turn right here and park at the roadside and then, on foot, return to the main road where you will find the entrance to 71/4 Ratcliffe Terrace.

The Apartment is available on a holiday-let arrangement for a maximum of four persons.

Bookings are for a two night minimum stay.

A booking is regarded as complete when we are in receipt of confirmation together with card details.
